Thank you for shopping at Kolts Klothing. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, process exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been completed and shipped.

All purchases made on Kolts Klothing are final sale. Once your order is processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for any reason.
2. Exceptions & Damaged Items
While we do not offer returns or exchanges, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at koltstees@gmail.com within [ 24 hours ] of delivery.
- To help us resolve this, please include your Order Number and clear photos of the damage/defect.
- Valid claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be resolved via a replacement or store credit, entirely at the discretion of Kolts Klothing.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Kolts Klothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.
4. Incorrect Orders
